Two years and no worries later...
Hard to believe that some of our EV charging distribution boards are going on two or three years in service! No fuss, no bother, no tantrums.
Over the course of a three year period, we have completed around 10 of these EV charging distribution boards to Z EV stations around the Waikato, Auckland and down to Christchurch. While they may not look like much, they do provide the charger bowsers with slow, medium or fast charging capabilities.
While it seemed to be the other day when E.V charging (and all things E.V) were being discussed and dissected throughout our industry, one observation since then is that its not going away anytime soon. We have also completed at least another 8 more E.V charging distribution switchboards for hospitals, DOC sites, commercial complexes and hotels.

63A EV Distribution Board / ADA8-63EV This Solution was created for a fleet of small range of EV forklifts inside a factory. All chargers had integral B type RCDs so our switchboard only needed to house the 16A single Phase MCBs. This switchboard was to be mounted in the middle of a warehouse with no walls for mounting so we added the 1200mm duct on the bottom for cable management and to create a more stable mounting for the DB |
